How to have your credits submitted to CFPC after completing the program?
If you wish for Health Plexus to submit your earned credits directly to the College of Family Physicians of Canada, please verify your Full Name and enter your CFPC ID # on your profile page:
IMPORTANT: If you will enter CFPC ID #, your Mainpro credits will be submitted to the College of Family Physicians of Canada and added to your personal CPD/CME record. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THE PROGRAM'S PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE OR ENTER THE CREDITS ONLINE. Retain the certificate for your personal records.
How often do we submit credits to CFPC?
Please note that we submit a list of the program participants to the CFPC on a monthly basis. Once your credits are successfully submitted you should receive a notification email from the College specifying the name of the program and the credits earned.
Where can I find my CFPC ID #?
You may find your CFPC ID number online when you log-in to your profile at http://www.cfpc.ca, or on documentation you receive from CFPC, or you can call/email CFPC to confirm your member ID.
