Consider the following scenario: Mary has just moved to your community and is a 74 year old woman living in the community. She has osteoporosis, well-controlled hypertension, and diverticular disease. She can walk up 2 flight of stairs with no problems and is independent in her activities of daily living. There is no personal or family history of any cancer. She is a lifetime non-smoker. She had normal Pap smears until age 69. Which cancers, if any, should be screened for in Mary?
