A Pain in the Neck

Mental stress is currently a major culprit for neck pain, and usually associated with bilateral Trapezius muscle pain- which differentiates it with degenerative -type diseases. Though imaging is not indicated, it does help to differentiate one from the other and may satisfy the patient's concerns.
